Rostov drew with Anderlecht in Champions League qualifying

Football club "Rostov" played a draw with the Belgian "Anderlecht" in the first match of the 3rd qualifying round of the Champions League. The meeting ended with the score 2:2.

During the match, "Rostov" twice recouped. Seid Ezzatollahi equalized after Sofyan Hanni's goal in the 3rd minute. In the second half, when Youri Tielemans put Anderlecht ahead again, Dmitry Poloz scored the second goal from the penalty spot.

The return match will take place on 3 August. Based on the results of two meetings, it will be determined which of the teams will get into the playoff round preceding the group stage.
