Against Osmanov, the case was initiated by the 148th article. On April 4, the Elistinsky City Court arrested the athlete for two months; On May 31, its detention in the pre -trial detention center was extended until July 2.
Meanwhile, on June 10, the Supreme Court of Kalmykia, having examined the appeal of Osmanov’s lawyers, freed the athlete on bail 150 thousand rubles.
