In Moscow, documents are being seized at the office of the auditing company PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) on Butyrsky Val, reports Interfax about this , citing a source in law enforcement agencies. A TASS source also spoke .

“Investigators came to the auditor’s office on Thursday morning. They are seizing documents as part of a pre-investigation check carried out against one of the commercial banks whose license was confiscated,” an Interfax source explained.

He added that investigative actions are being carried out due to the fact that PwC was the auditor of a certain bank.

A RIA Novosti source familiar with the situation said that law enforcement officers are at the company’s office, without specifying whether investigative actions are being carried out. “Employees are not allowed out and the Internet is turned off; there are no internal communications now,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
