The Sasna Tsare detachment, holding the police base in Yerevan for two weeks, announced the end of his mission. The corresponding appeal "Sasna Tsare", transferred by a member of the detachment, the retired colonel of the Armenian army by Varuzhan Avetisyan through the deputy of the Parliament of Zarui Postnadjyan, published "The First Armenian Information".

“Our mission to put the beginning of the uprising is completed,” the document says. “The public uprising has begun, and its success is the issue of a short period of time.”

Now, the members of the detachment continued, for them "it becomes priority to avoid senseless bloodshed." The question of further actions, the statement says, should be resolved during the negotiations of one of the leaders of the opposition "constituent parliament" of Girair Sephilyan, who has been in prison, with the country's president Sergey Sargsyan.

Sephilyan, activists noticed, already agreed to participate in the negotiations. “We ask Serge Sargsyan to accept this reasonable proposal, to ensure the meeting of Zhirair Sephilyan with us and also accept his negotiation mission,” the document says. “Otherwise, all responsibility for possible bloodshed will be entrusted to Serge Sargsyan.”

At the same time, Sasna Creer turned to the people with a request to “do everything possible” so that Sargsyan agrees to the demand of the detachment. This was noticed by activists, it is necessary "in order to avoid senseless bloodshed."

Avetisyan also announced the non -involvement of Sasna Creer to the death of a policeman at the base on Saturday afternoon . “This area is invisible to us,” the oppositionist explained. “In all likelihood, he was killed precisely from random shots (policeman. - Ed.) Sniper. I don’t want to say that it was intentionally, but that the shot was not on our part, I assure you in this.”

Regarding the departure of doctors from the captured base, Avetisyan once again assured that activists did not hold them "under special control." “Yesterday, our sentry noted that the remaining two doctors also voluntarily left,” the activist said. “We told them that we were leaving on your conscience, but they decided to leave. The Lord is with them.”

The departure from the base of the last two doctors became known earlier on Sunday . The Ministry of Health of Armenia stated that the doctor Norair Tevanyan and the nurse Malina Margaryan left the object when the wounded was taken out and did not return back.

On Friday, July 29, from the base - also at the export of the wounded - the doctor Salvador Khchoyan left.

The ambulance team arrived at the base on the night of July 27 to help the wounded. In the morning of the same day, when four doctors did not leave the object, the security forces said that the activists seized the team hostage. The Sasna Creer itself denied this, explaining that the doctors are on duty. Oppositionists insisted that the wounded at the facility needed the constant presence of doctors, and asked to send a new brigade to change on the basis. On Saturday evening, another protest was held in the Armenian capital. The opposition moved from the Square of Freedom with national flags, chanting "Sasna Tsrer!", "Pavlik!" (Pavel Manukyan, an activist of Sasna Tsare, seriously wounded by the police and sent to the hospital), "Join!" According to various sources, from 1.5 to 6 thousand people took part in the action.

Unlike previous days, the procession headed along Bagramyan Avenue to the Presidential Palace. The police stretched across the prospectus to the barbed wire and put up the cordon.

Around 23:20 local time (22:20 Moscow time), one of the demonstrators doused himself with gasoline and set fire. Oppositionists shot down the flame almost immediately. The police suggested taking the victim to the hospital, but he refused the help of the security forces, after which the other manifestants sent him to the hospital in a taxi. When asked about the reasons for his act, the demonstrator answered: "Because of the villains."
