In 2014, the document noted, the FBI warned the Massachusian Institute of Technological Institute and a number of Boston companies that cooperation with Skolkov could make them involuntary accomplices of industrial espionage.

The State Department for Clinton assisted other Russian government structures, in particular Rusnano, also says GAI. The US Foreign Ministry helped state corporations in the search for American investors and organized meetings of Rusnano representatives with employees of American IT companies.

Among the investors of Skolkov and Clinton Foundation donors, the report mentioned both American IT giants Cisco, Intel and Google, as well as the structure of Russian oligarchs. In particular, the Renova group of companies, owned by the chairman of the Skolkovo Foundation Viktor Vekselberg, transferred the Clintons fund from 10 to 25 thousand dollars. Tentatively, the same amount was sacrificed by Clintons and ex-Senator Andrei Vavilov, chairman of the board of the Super Ox, who is a resident of the Skolkovo cluster of nuclear technologies.
