To the midst, all parties that want to participate in the September elections, but do not have a “parliamentary benefit”, must complete the collection of voter signatures. Even in the parties themselves they recognize that it is difficult to collect signatures in accordance with the law, and experts completely believe that no one will pass the right number of signatures to the CEC.

In total, at the time of the announcement of the elections, 74 parties were registered, including 14 had a “parliamentary benefit”, the right to put forward lists and single -mandate candidates without collecting signatures. However, only eight parties declared their desire to participate in the campaign. Two of them held congresses, but did not submit documents to the CEC, and two more - made mistakes in the documents and received the failures of the CEC to register lists.

So only four parties are engaged in the collection of 200 thousand signatures for registration of lists: “Union of Labor”, “Native Party”, “Great Fatherland” and “Will”. The Party of the Parents of the Future and the Vostorniy Party of the village nominated only single -mandate (the first - 31 candidates, the second - one).

On Monday, Kommersant tried to collect information from parties that should be submitted to the CEC of the voter signatures.

The chairman of the Moscow branch close to the Federes of the independent trade unions of the Soyuz of Labor party, Alexander Klyashtorin, did not dare to predict whether the signatures would be collected. According to him, at the end of the last week it was possible to get "more than 70 thousand signatures." The press service of the Union of Labor clarified that the most signatures were collected in the Primorsky and Krasnoyarsk Territories, as well as in the Oryol region.

The party "Great Fatherland" led by writer Nikolai Starikov, in addition to a list of 345 people, nominated candidates in 24 districts. However, the correspondent of Kommersant did not observe the excitement at the collection points. At the metro “New Cherries” per hour, only two people approached the party activists.

The “native party”, which campaigning for distribution to all citizens of the Earth to create “generic estates”, generally opened an election account only on July 25 - and without it it is impossible to collect signatures.

The Volya Party does not even have a headquarters in the capital, activists gather in the apartment of one of the supporters of the leader of the organization Svetlana Peunova, also known by the pseudonym Lada-Rus. The parties told Kommersant that due to delay from the CEC they had 200 thousand signatures, there were only six days, and only 200 signatures were collected in Moscow on the first day in Moscow.

The “Party of Parents of the Future”, which is going to nominate 31 single-mandate, the press service could not name the names of the candidates nominated in the capital, and the head of the party, Marina Voronova, moves to the Duma from Evpatoria. According to Vornova, she already managed to collect 8 thousand signatures of the necessary 14.

The only candidate of the Renaissance Party of the village of Dordi Badmaev is nominating in Kalmykia that by the end of last week it was possible to collect 2.5-3 thousand signatures of the necessary 6.4 thousand.

In a conversation with Kommersant, political scientist Mikhail Vinogradov noted that he does not see for these parties, even for the “Union of Labor”, the opportunity to collect the necessary number of signatures. “The names of these parties do not say anything to voters. Therefore, even a connection to the organization of collection of signatures of administrative or commercial structures will not help them. In addition, it is very difficult to imagine that they have the necessary money, as well as moral and ideological motivation, to attract voters to their side, ”the expert said.
