Klykh asks Groysman to speed up the exchange negotiations

Ukrainian Stanislav Klykh, convicted in Chechnya by 20 years of strict regime in the fabricated case of UNA-UNSO, appealed to the Prime Minister of his country Vladimir Groysman with a request to "take measures to accelerate the negotiation process regarding the exchange of persons, illegally, contrary to all the norms of international law contained in places of imprisonment in the Russian Federation." As follows from the stamps in a letter, the document received the document on the Cabinet Secretariat on July 13, and in the Ministry of Justice it received it on the 20th.

Also, Klykh in his letter asked that the Consulate General of Ukraine in Rostov-on-Don transfer to the balance of SIZO-1 in the formidable TV. “I am deprived of the opportunity to receive information about events,” the political prisoner explained.

“The information blockade is one of the methods of pressure used against Ukrainians,” Klykh’s letter commented on Petukhov. “They do not allow the consul, they do not let the press read, limit the correspondence.”

The official recalled that back in June, his department sent a request for the issuance of Klych to the Ministry of Justice of Russia . “Unfortunately, they have not yet received an answer,” Petukhov concluded.

The sentence of the Kiev journalist and historian Klykh was issued on May 26 by the judge of the Supreme Court of Chechnya Vakhit Ismailov on the basis of the jury verdict. Another person involved in the case, the leader of UNA-UNSO Nikolay Karpyuk, received 22 and a half years of strict regime. Politzecs were declared participants in the first and second Chechen wars. At the same time, in fact, neither Klykh nor Karpyuk before the arrest were even in Chechnya.

After the detention in August 2014, Klyu suffered torture and bullying , as a result of which he became susceptible to nervous breakdowns. The political prisoner has outbreaks of aggression, replacing a state close to apathy.

A number of psychiatrists, including the President of the Independent Psychiatric Association of Russia, Yuri Savenko, say that the behavior of Klykh makes him suspect a mental illness. Meanwhile, the outpatient psychoexpertiza, conducted in the beginning of this year in a certain Grozny hospital - which one is unknown, - admitted Politzeck healthy. Further petitions for the reference to a stationary examination, which were repeatedly submitted by his lawyer Marina Dubrovina, invariably deviated.

Meanwhile, in the spring and summer of this year, a new case was fabricated against Politzek - part 1 of Article 297 of the Russian Criminal Code (disrespect for the court, expressed in insulting participants in the trial), which provides for four months of arrest. Klyu was charged with an insult to the prosecutor of Salambek Yunusov during the hearing in the Una-Uns case, held on February 20. On Tuesday, it became known that the prosecutor's office approved the indictment in this case and now the case was sent to the Zavodskoy District Court of the Terrible .
