According to the Moskva news agency, citing a source in law enforcement agencies, on the night of August 3, two participants in an uncoordinated motor rally in honor of the Airborne Forces Day were detained in Moscow near Zubovskaya Square. They were drawn up administrative protocols under Art. 12.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (travel to a prohibitory traffic light) and under Part 6.1 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in an uncoordinated mass event that caused interference with the functioning of the transport infrastructure).
A column of 30 cars with the symbols of the Airborne Forces moved in the stream of cars towards the Crimean bridge. According to the police, due to non-observance of the distance by the participants of the rally, an accident occurred. Whether this happened before the police decided to stop the uncoordinated action, or after, is not specified.
