The Federal Property Management Agency will finally decide on the valuation of Bashneft on August 8

According to the results of the preliminary assessment indicated in report number one, 50.0755% of the shares of NK Bashneft are valued in the range of approximately 297 billion rubles. up to 315 billion rubles, said First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov.

The total volume of ordinary shares owned by Russia can be estimated at the start of the sale at approximately 306 billion rubles, he noted.

“On Monday, the Federal Property Management Agency will provide a final conclusion on the valuation of Bashneft shares. Estimates previously given by analysts, for example in the spring of this year, were more conservative. Today the assessment is higher and has positive dynamics,” said the First Deputy Prime Minister.
