
The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) removed the entire Russian team from participation in the Paralympics, which will be held in Rio de Janeiro from September 7 to 18. This was reported on the organization’s website. The decision of the IPC management took the decision unanimously.
The reason for the removal of the national team was the report of the independent commission of the World Anti -Doping Agency (WADA), which provides evidence of the use of doping 35 by Russian paralympics.
The decision can be appealed for 21 calendar days.
