The actions of Ukraine are "stupid" and "criminal", Putin noted. He assured that he would not disregard the death of the two Russian security forces, which the special service stated.
Putin explained the meaning of the shares allegedly preparing Kiev by the desire of the Ukrainian authorities to distract attention from the internal problems of the country.
