The court arrested the property of Nikita Belykh

The Basmanny District Court of Moscow imposed security arrest on the property of the ex-governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh as part of a criminal case of receiving a bribe. This was reported by TASS with reference to the press secretary of the court to Juno Tsarev.

“At the request of the investigator, the Property of the White imposed a security arrest in the framework of a criminal case. We are talking about a land plot, ”she said.

At the same time, the Belykh’s lawyer Vadim Prokhorov told the agency that the defense of the ex-governor did not know anything about the seizure of his property. “Officially we were not notified of this. When we are informed that and when arrested, we will decide on appeal, ”he said.

Prokhorov added that he does not know about any property of white, except for the Nissan Patrol car.

According to Kommersant, the court arrested a plot of seven hundred parts in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region, on which the house of white area of ​​345 square meters is located.

Nikita Belykh was detained in a Moscow restaurant on June 24, the next day the court authorized his arrest. The ex-head of the Kirov region was charged under part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (receiving a bribe on an especially large scale).

According to investigators, the whites received a bribe in the amount of € 400 thousand for the support of the Novovyatsky skiing plant and a forestry management company.
