The Russian Foreign Ministry said that among the alleged "Ukrainian saboteurs" detained in Crimea, there is a man named Andrey Romanovich Zakhtey. Previously, the name of only one detainee was known - Yevgeny Panov.
In the ministry's report, Zakhtey and Panov are named among those who "assisted in the preparation of terrorist acts." Zakhtey is a citizen of which country - Russia or Ukraine - is not reported.
