On the Internet, in particular, on the VKontakte social network, Panov expressed a sharp disagreement with the policy of Russia and America, including because of bombing in Syria. In the “Manifesto of the Red Army, published on the eve of the detention, it was said:“ We promise to turn your life into hell and chaos, to revive fear in your souls so that you know that it is not capital that rules this world. ”
During a search in Panov’s room, a home -made explosive device was found in the hostel. Panov-Romberg was charged with an attempt on the attack (part 1 of article 30 of part 1 of article 205 of the Criminal Code), a declension to terrorist activity (part 1 of article 205.1 of the Criminal Code), public calls to it (part 1 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code), as well as in the illegal storage and manufacture of explosives (part 1 of article 222.1 of the Criminal Code) and explosive devices (part 1. Art.
Panov himself is currently on a psychological and psychiatric forensic examination.
The fate of the second accused, Maxim Smyshlyaev, depends on what the examination will show. Smyslyaev is much older than Panov, he is 33 years old. Before he was detained, he worked in Rostov-on-Don at McDonald's and studied in absentia in the sixth year of the Institute of History and International Relations of the Southern Federal District. Investigators detained Smyshlyaev in April 2016, suspecting him of complicity in the attack (part 3 of article 205.1 of the Criminal Code) - according to their version, his fault is that he told Panov how to make a bomb at home. Smyslyaev denies this: he confirms that they were familiar with VKontakte, that he was also close to the left glances of the left and that he and Panov met and talked. At the same time, he states that he called for Panov to avoid human victims and generally believed that he could not commit an attack. According to Smyslyaev, during the search, he was thrown by RAF software documents and materials on the manufacture of explosives, which became the basis for its detention. On August 4, the court extended the period of detention until October.
The OVD-info publishes the story of Yulia Milova, the friend of Maxim Smyslyaev, about how she was interrogated as a witness.
08/08/16 I was interrogated in the CPE (without a protocol) and the Investigative Committee (with a protocol). In the CPE, two operatives interrogated me, their boss joined in the middle of the interrogation.
What kind of information the operatives wanted to get, they did not clearly formulate. It sounded something like this: "How did Maxim come to such a life?" No information I knew about Maxim and I reported to him did not suit them, and they continued to achieve some more unknown information to me.
It seems to me that they achieved the testimony confirming the accusation from me and defaming Maxim. They probably wanted to hear from me how Maxim was preparing terrorist attacks. And, since I did not possess any such information, I could not share it with the CPE staff. However, the operatives considered that I would fool them, hand and conceal from them what I know. They did not believe that I did not know anything about Maxim’s communication with Panov. They did not believe that I don’t remember any things or I don’t know at all. Therefore, they used their favorite suppression methods, such as:
- The threats to get my dismissal from work: to inform the security for the university and the rector that I help the terrorist. The threat is quite real, because the rector of the university in which I work will not quarrel with the authorities and will fire me. They threatened to deprive me of not only the current work, but any other: no employer will hire me to work when they put me on black lists (as it was with Daria Polyudova ). I was directly threatened with hunger;
- threats to deprive my children and achieve their dismissal;
- threats to interrogate my children, bringing them to tears;
- The threats to charge me of non -renewal (according to the law of Yarova ). When I said that they had no evidence that I knew anything about the attack, they threatened me that they would receive testimonies from Maxim after he was held in camps in the Yamalo-Nenets District;
- the threat to spray to them the terrorist attacks in Moscow on May 9 of my son on the grounds that he lives in Moscow;
-intimidation that Maxim will receive a long term and he will be sent to the Yamalo-Nenets district, where, due to the conditions of content, his teeth will fall out and other health disorders will occur up to death;
-intimidation that my children can fall into the sphere of interests of the Nazis and the Nazis can attack Jewish teachers (I am a Jewish);
-intimidation of the evil West Liberal-Terrorist-Fascist. McDonalds announced an enemy agent;
- Rough and offensive appeal. I was called the wife of a terrorist, the fifth column, an enemy, said that I have no right to teach “our children” (“And such a thing teaches our children!” - the syndrome of family members of the enemy of the people?). “Look into my eyes, look into the eyes!”, “Turn on the brain!”, “Frozen”, “Blows lips, rolls your eyes, Julite”, etc.;
- Accusations of a lawyer. She was accused of “imbued with maximum maternal feelings” and protects him. Apparently, the lawyer should not protect, but accuse;
- Falsification. I was accused of transferring money to Maxim to the account. The fact that I thus gave my part of utility bills (all utility was paid by Maxim until they were taken away), the operatives were not interested in the operatives, and they said that they would prove that I thus financed the terrorist. About the SIM card that Maxim used to receive the Internet, and which I once bought in my name, they said that someone allegedly translated on it 16 tr In fact, this SIM card has never been used for any other connection, except for connecting to the Internet. There are no money except the fee for the Internet, on it;
- The proposal to leave, since I don't like it here.
Basically, they pissed out about the political activity of Maxim. They found out what was drawn and written on the graffiti, which Maxim did many years ago, not without me. They tried to tie a video shot in 2008. They searched for agents of influence: they asked who persuaded Maxim and learned to engage in political activities (at a time when I did not know him yet).
About Maxim, the investigators said that he admitted during interrogations that he wanted to undermine the power lines (as in the Crimea) in order to leave the city without light and force power to something there. (In November 2015, as a result of undermining the supports of the four power lines, the supply of electricity to the Crimea was completely discontinued; the Russian prosecutor’s office accuses of sabotage of the Crimean Tatar activists.- OVD-Info ) supposedly Maxim began to accuse others in order to fenced himself. Allegedly, Maxim accused me of going to pick up his share at home, sell the house according to subsequent documents and escape to Ukraine. Allegedly, he accused the friends of his childhood (with whom he had not seen for many years), and the operatives in vain spent time to interrogate them.
Also, the investigators said about Maxim that he would not work, they would not let him out, he would be imprisoned for a long time, they will be sent to the north, where they do not live for a long time.
At the end of the interrogation, my backpack was searched in search of recording equipment. We studied the contents of the phone, including a telephone recorder. Perhaps it was expected that I recorded an interrogation.
After interrogation, I was sent for an interrogation to the investigator Maltsev V.A. In the SK. Maltsev has not yet used threats and has not yet exerted pressure. He said that I would not get to the court anymore, because I am now a witness.
PS I broke close relations with Maxim back in August 2014 and did not communicate with him at all, with the exception of domestic topics, and only in writing (by e -mail).
PP. S. I am afraid that the status of a witness can easily be replaced by the status of the accused.
