On August 10, more than ten trials were held in the Meshchansky Court of Moscow over the dilators detained at the reception of United Russia. During the interrogation of police officers who allegedly compiled a report on the detentions, it turned out that the employees of the Meshchansky Department of Internal Affairs in the protocols did not recognize the signatures next to their surnames. Police officers confirmed that they did not compile reports and some of them did not even be on duty that day, so they could not make detentions. This was reported in the community "Distalors of Moscow" on Facebook. In connection with the circumstances that opened, the court sessions were postponed to August 30.
The community states that the defendants in the case wrote a statement about the crime with a request to initiate a criminal case under Articles 292 and 303 of the Criminal Code (official forgery, falsification of evidence).
Recall that the trials took place based on the materials of the detention of starving residents of the capital on July 1 and4 at the United Russia office in Moscow. Residents combined in the Moscow Distalists and intend to achieve the assistance of the authorities in obtaining legal housing.
