According to RBC with reference to lawyer Olga Dinze, the prosecutor's office found flaws in the accusation of RBC journalist Alexander Sokolov. Now the investigation must correct the mistakes and present Sokolov with a new charge, or re-present the old one with new evidence and facts.

According to Dinze, the prosecutor's office for the Central Administrative District considered the qualification of the case to be inconsistent with the materials collected: “We learned from the investigators that the prosecutor's office made such a presentation just yesterday.
