We agitate legitimately

Alexei Korolev, Alexander Safronov and Marina Kapitsa - candidates for State Duma deputies from Parnas in the regional group No. 33, uniting Kuban, Adygea, as well as the annexed Crimea and Sevastopol, submitted to the Ukrainian Consulate in the Rostov -on -Don application for the opening of pre -election agitation on the peninsula. This was reported at the VK page of the Kuban party of the party.

At the same time, the chairman of the branch Leonid Porudin sent to Genconsul Vitaly Moskalenko an appeal in which he emphasized that the party functionaries intend to arrive in Crimea only with the consent of Ukraine. In the absence of such consent, Zaprudin assured, "the above candidates will refrain from organizing an election campaign in Crimea."

In December last year, the now decayed demo department, which included Parnas, announced the intention to nominate candidates, including in Crimea and Sevastopol . The functionaries referred to part 9 of Article 39 of the Law on Elections to the State Duma, which establishes that "the regional part of the federal list of candidates should cover the entire territory of the Russian Federation."

The candidates from the inhabitants of Crimea Parnas, however, did not put forward, but instructed the campaign to the functionaries registered in the Kuban.

On March 1, the leader Parnassus Mikhail Kasyanov directly promised in case of his coming to power to return the Crimea to Ukraine. “It was illegal, it was an annexation, which is called in international law, so the legality should be restored,” the politician said. Restoring the legality, he added, should occur during negotiations with the Government of Ukraine. “I do not see any problems for open discussion of these issues,” the leader Parnassus added.
