In the Presnensky district court on Monday, August 15, the court continued in the case of journalist Anton Nosik-he is accused of part 1 of Article 282 (“arousal of hatred or enmity”) due to a recording in a LiveJournal called “erase Syria from the face of the earth”. The nose does not admit his guilt, refuses to repent and even delete the record that has become the subject of the criminal case and the cause of a wide discussion, in which many public figures, including his acquaintances, condemned the nose. Judge Evgeny Naydenov devoted a meeting on August 15 to the performance of two witnesses of the prosecution. The first to go to the hall was Ilya Craft, lawyer and publicist MIA Russia Today (former RIA Novosti). It was according to his statement that the Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case against a nose under Article 282 (“The excitement of hatred or enmity, as well as the humiliation of human dignity”). The occasion was the post of journalist in the Live Journal, published on October 1, 2015, immediately after the start of the Russian military campaign in Syria. Nosik wrote that he was “warmly greeting” Syria’s bombardment and will not be upset, “if it is erupted from the face of the earth at all” - along with the entire population.

According to the indictment, which was read out by the prosecutor Ekaterina Frolov, the experts came to the conclusion that the text of the post “contains linguistic and psychological signs of emitting hatred ... in relation to a group of people“ Syrians ”distinguished by a national-territorial basis.” The nose does not admit his guilt.

“One of the subscribers threw me a link to the post of nose in Livjornal,” began to explain the craft. - In my opinion, the publication called for inciting national racket, unleashing an aggressive war. As a law -abiding citizen, I informed the authorities. ”

While he spoke, the nose enthusiastically caught Pokemon with the help of his tablet. He was distracted only when the prosecutor Frolov asked for the craft to evaluate the "correctness of the statements of the nose." Nosik’s lawyer Sergei Badamshin tried to protest the issue, but the judge Naydenov rejected his objection (all defense petitions were rejected by Naydenov at the previous meeting).

“And here's another question,” Anton Nosik turned to the craft. - In the indictment with your words it is written that posts in my LJ can lead to negative unrest in society. Ten months have passed. Now you can evaluate - brought?

If such statements are widely replicated, then someone can begin implementation in practice.

The next was the correspondent of "Echo of Moscow" Andrei Poznyakov. On October 1, he, together with his colleague, Daria Peschikova, conducted the air of the Personally Your program, where the nose was invited. During the program, Nosik once again stated that he supported a military operation in Syria.

The court listened to Daria Poshchikov at the previous meeting. Then the prosecutor spent ten minutes, trying to achieve detailed details of the broadcast of ten months ago from the journalist. Peschikova honestly tried to remember exactly what kind of words he used and in what minute the presenters moved to the discussion of the post, but it turned out with difficulty.

Poznyakov also underwent detailed questioning about the air. The host basically replied that he did not remember the events exactly - and advised the prosecutor to turn to the decoding. After the next advice, Frolov began to be annoyed and raised his voice, to which Poznyakov asked: “Do you want to get an interpretation of my memories [about the air] after almost a year?”

After that, the prosecution has ended. Like two weeks ago, Frolova said that there are inaccuracies in the testimony of the Echo of Moscow, and petitioned for the announcement of the testimony given at the preliminary investigation.

Judge Naydenov read out Poznyakov’s testimony, in places in places to word the journalist who also previously read out the previously read -readings: “The nose answered [to the question of the presenters], which considers it correct to bomb Syria ... and that all the inhabitants of Syria pose a threat as potential adherents of terrorism ... In a conversation with journalists after the court, Anton Nosik suggested that it is worth expecting another or two meetings, and then - "that [the prosecutor] Ekaterina Sergeevna will ask [as a punishment], it will be in the court decision." “But the prison term is unlikely, rather, some kind of unpleasant thing, for example, restriction of freedom,” the nose reasoned.

When asked how the nose evaluates the results of the meeting, he replied that he “switched to the 21st level during the trial,” and began to brag about the Pokemon caught directly on the prosecutor’s table.

The next meeting will be held in the Presnensky district court on August 29.
