Politsyk Bubeev was delivered to the LIU-3 of the Tver region

Tver Blogger Andrei Bubeev, who received 2 years 3 months on charges of extremism, was taken to a section of a colony-settlement in the LIU-3 of the Tver region in the village of Mikhailovskoye Valdai rural settlement of the Bologovsky district. This was reported on Monday in the FB -group "Freedom to Andrei Bubeeva" with reference to the letter of the Politzkek Zhenya - Anastasia Bubeeva.

“Now there is an opportunity to see the sky, nature, to be in the fresh air ...” Bubeev wrote to his wife. “Everything else is in the process of development.”

From the Tver pre-trial detention center-1, where Bubeev was more than 14 months, he was taken on August 11. Given the time spent in the pre -trial detention center, he remains to stay in prison until the end of July 2017.

LIU -3 is a hospital for convicts suffering from tuberculosis. Bubeev, as far as is known, is healthy, but there are no separate colonies-settlements in the Tver region.

On August 8, Anastasia Bubeeva wrote on her FB page that at the beginning of the month she visited her husband in a pre-trial detention center. There, shortly before that, the leadership changed, after which the political prisoner was transferred from the special block, where he was almost a year, after the sentence in the first case, to the general building. From the moment of sending to the special block until mid-February 2016, a blogger was sent to a punishment cell five times under a far-fetched pretext.

Then Bubeeva reported that her husband was preparing to take out to Liu-3. “Back another week, it was about sending to the Pskov region,” added Politzeck's wife.

The verdict of Bubeev was issued on May 5 by the judge of the Zavolzhsky District Court of Tver Alexei Rodionov . He announced the defendant guilty of part 2 of Article 280 (public calls for extremism via the Internet) for publishing the poster of Antona Myrzin (Paperdaemon Changnostic) "squeeze out to Russia!" and parts 2 of Article 280.1 of the Criminal Code (public calls for separatism via the Internet) for the repost of the article by Boris Stomakhin "Crimea - this is Ukraine!" .

For each of these accusations, Rodion gave Bubeev a year and a half a colony-settlement, through a partial addition of punishments, he condemned him to two years, and, in combination with the previously issued sentence in the first case, appointed him a total period of 2 years 3 months. As an additional punishment on the blogger, a ban is imposed on the Internet for a year after release.

The prosecutor in the court of first instance requested for Bubeev three and a half years of the colony. The blogger himself did not plead guilty, saying that he was persecuted for beliefs. Moscow lawyer Svetlana Sidorkina, specializing in political affairs, also demanded an acquittal for her client.

On July 20, the Tver Regional Court confirmed the sentence to Bubeev . The decision has entered into force.

The first thing against Bubeev was discovered in early 2015 to denote a certain supporter of Russian aggression in Ukraine, with whom the blogger entered into a dispute on social networks. Then he was also charged with reposts on a personal VK page of a number of publications. Among them were the video “Tanks and armored vehicles of the Russian Federation, a large column of a fascist aggressor on the border with Ukraine. 01/20/2015”, a photo of a cemetery with the text about mass burials of militants in eastern Ukraine, a note by the blogger Andrei Shipilov about anti -Ukrainian moods in Russia, and a knife instructions. Bubeev did not accompany his reposts with any comments.

In addition, the blogger was charged with the storage of 56 combat cartridges prohibited for civil circulation. As the accused later explained, he found cartridges in an abandoned military unit and took with him, as they approached his hunting carbine.

Bubeev was away, and on April 27, 2015 he was put on the federal wanted list. Behind the members of the blogger family, surveillance was set. The neighbors and relatives stated that Bubeev was suspected of serious crimes, and they talked about the murder one, the other about rape, etc. On May 24, when Bubeev came to visit his wife and son in the country, the neighbors reported this to the security forces. The blogger was detained by special forces and, after the trial, was sent to the pre -trial detention center as it was stopped.

In the investigation in the first case, Bubeev fully pleaded guilty and went to the pre -trial agreement. On August 28, 2015, the judge of the Zavolzhsky District Court Stanislav Strusovsky sentenced the blogger to the year of the penal colony under Part 1 of Article 282 (arousal of hatred or enmity) and part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal storage of ammunition). The total term was assigned by partial addition of punishments: 10 months of the colony-settlement under the 282nd article and 5 months-according to the 222nd. At the same time, the prosecutor demanded for the defendant three years in the colony.

The objects in respect of which Bubeev aroused hatred and enmity in the verdict Russian, as well as social groups such as “citizens of the Russian Federation” as a whole, “citizens of the Russian Federation supporting the President of the Russian Federation”, “law enforcement officers” and “Russians experiencing patriotic feelings”.

The new case against Bubeev was brought up almost immediately after the first sentence.
