On August 17, Judge of the Kirovsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don Alexei Fedorov found guilty of violating the law on public events the next participants in the picket "For Russia without Dictatorship", which took place on June 13 in Rostov-on-Don. This was reported by the "Caucasian Knot" with reference to the activist of "Solidarity" Anastasia Shevchenko.
During the action on June 13, which took place in the city's Hyde Park - on the site, which is one of the places specially designated for public gatherings, five people were detained. Four of them - Stanislav Truntaev, Nikolai Kladovoy, Irina and Olga Zelenin were fined on June 17. Truntaeva - for ten thousand rubles, and the rest - for five.
The next meeting regarding the alleged violations at the last action took place on July 27. At it, the lawyers of four more out of ten participants of the action were asked to close the case due to the absence of an administrative offense.
However, on August 8, the court fined Denis Dubrov, the fifth participant in the picket, and at a meeting on August 17, it decided to fine Anastasia Shevchenko, Anastasia Deineko, Elena Belan, and Svetlana Sviderskaya, another 5,000 rubles.
