A special website will be created for street artists, where it will be possible to book a venue for themselves. this Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced on the air of the radio station "Moscow Speaking".

“I consider it a stupid situation when people who absolutely do not interfere with anyone, play classical, some other music, act so harshly. This issue has not been resolved. What to take from the police? She is doing her job. It is necessary to create a system that is understandable, simple, so that young people can speak,” he said.

According to Sobyanin, performances by street musicians in Moscow will be regulated on the same principle as weekend fairs.

“There is a website where a person can book a place, come and trade. You can also go to the site, there will be certain points where you can perform. Please, apply, come, sing, dance, do whatever you want," the mayor promised.
