The State Duma of the current convocation remains only a few weeks, but her speaker Sergey Naryshkin cheerfully explains how conditions her deputies will be ready to cooperate with Ukrainian colleagues: when the composition of the Verkhovna Rada will be updated. It’s like a telegram from a deceased relative: he was already buried, but he managed to send you wishes for a speedy recovery. And what to do with this wish is incomprehensible.

But the essence, of course, is not in the term of powers of Naryshkin. In the end, Putin can leave him a Duma and for the next convocation - this is a matter of mood. The fact is that Naryshkin continues to set conditions as if someone wants to cooperate with him and his wards. But how can you cooperate with a rabid printer, stamping idiotic laws with the energy of a preoccupied rabbit? How can you give a hand to people who voted for the theft of someone else's territory, enjoying the introduction of troops into a neighboring country and did not even make an attempt to stop the ownership of the adventurer? Who needs all these Naryshkin, spring, Slutsk, Mironov, Zhirinovsky and other rot in Kyiv? Why do they think they want to deal with them?

This is one of the biggest problems of scale that surfaced over Russia. Knipa is sure that she can afford anything - to occupy, kill, torture, violate their own international obligations - but they still want to cooperate and make friends with them, but how. Medvedev scares the Ukrainians by the gap of diplomatic relations - while Ukrainian society has persistently demanded in power for the third year: ruin, enough to reign with them!

Well, is it not clear that after the theft of Crimea, after the war, after the murders and torture, after the crazy propaganda campaign to scare anything? There will be no diplomatic relations? And do not - what diplomacy with the "common fund"? Will there be a visa mode? So it is wonderful - less saboteurs will fall into the territory of Ukraine. Doesn't want to cooperate Naryshkin? And what kind of self -respecting deputy of the Ukrainian parliament will brings his hand, not afraid to get dirty? And besides today, Speaker Naryshkin, and tomorrow there is some kind of kid from the Putin guard. Why be to be shrugged?

In Moscow, they cannot understand a simple thing: no one needs Russian leaders for nothing. Kerry comes because in Washington they are used to exhorting various savages and understand that it is more difficult to cope with Putin than some kind of Noryea. Steinmeier arrives because Russian troops are now standing near Donetsk, and not near Dresden. And Marin Le Pen simply comes for money.

Here, in fact, is all cooperation.
