Greenpisovites are prevented from leaving the city of Dudinka

The Greenpeace Russia expedition on Taimyr encountered unexpectedly strong opposition. To hide environmental disorders in the lower Yenisei, activists have not been released from the city of Dudinka of the Krasnoyarsk Territory for a week, the Greenpeace website reports .

The engines of the two boats that were checked in Moscow, after delivery by the transport company, were faulty. In each of the engines there were several malfunctions at once: damage to the wiring and fuel filters, cut fuel hoses, a lack of some parts. This could not happen by chance. Some damage can be eliminated only in the workshop.

It was not possible to buy a new engine in Dudinka. Activists received confirmation from the store that the payment passed, but right before their eyes the engine was carried away by two strong men, who, according to them, made an advance payment two months ago. “Buyers” loaded him into the car, circled a little around the city and drove up to the store from the black move.

It was also impossible to get to the goal in other ways: Greenpeace activists refused to sell tickets for a passenger ship, and local residents who could provide their boats admitted that they were threatened with problems at work.
