Festival "Island-1991"
On August 20, the Museon Park of Arts in Moscow will host the Ostrov-1991 festival dedicated to the anniversary of the victory over the August coup.
The festival is organized by the online publication Colta.Ru, the Presidential Center of B.N. Yeltsin and the portal "Your Story" with the support of the Zimin Foundation.
The program includes a reconstruction of the events of August 1991 from "Teatr.doc", lectures, a screening of Sergei Loznitsa's film "The Event", discussions, concerts, poetry readings, and performances.
