Central Bank deprived Rubank license

The Central Bank decided to withdraw a license to carry out banking operations at the metropolitan rubbish. This was reported on the website of the Central Bank.

The banking license was revoked on August 22. Now it is working in a temporary administration.

“With unsatisfactory quality of assets, Rubank inadequately assessed the accepted risks. A proper assessment of credit risk in accordance with the requirement of the supervisory authority led to a complete loss of its own funds (capital) of the bank. The leadership and owners of the credit institution did not take effective measures to normalize its activities, ”the regulator said.

It is worth noting that Rubank is a member of the deposit insurance system and in terms of assets occupied 462nd place in the banking system of the Russian Federation.
