Surely many Russians have the most negative feelings: disappointment, resentment, indignation, anger ... In a word, everything that fits into the wording of Elena Isinbaeva, not allowed before participating in the games of Elena: "I will not forgive!"

Actually, you can easily get the answer to the question: what exactly the offended Russians will not forgive? They believe that Russia has almost lost a victory in the Olympic team event due to the disqualification of many athletes after the famous doping scandal. Let me remind you that almost in full force from the Olympiad, the Russian team in athletics was excluded, Russian weightlifters were completely absent in Rio. Of course, a certain number of medals because of this, Russia was missing. But the main discrepancy among supporters and opponents of Russian disqualification is about the causes of punishment.

The majority believes: Russia is punished due to the fact that everyone’s sports victories were “tired of”, Russia was elementarily avenge the envious, the great country was once again humiliated-for the very fact of humiliation. The argumentation of opponents is also understandable. Russian athletes were punished for the fact that the state system of doping has successfully operated in the country and for some time successfully operated. That is, a deception system, a lies system that was used for propaganda purposes. The athletes knew that they were participants in this system - everyone knew and everyone participated. The system of organization of large sports does not involve the participation of innocent lambs in it, alas ...

Still not completed. The Russian team is suspended from participation in the Paralympic Games in Rio. The International Olympic Committee did not dare to do the same with the main Russian team - apparently, in order not to finally spoil the holiday. But who is to blame for this "damage"? Those who were engaged in lies and deceit under the trumpets of propaganda fanfare? Or those who exposed and punished the deceivers?

Russian officials continue to consider themselves the true winners of the Olympic Games, calling both the second and third places. It looks unsightly so as not to say "shameful." Not recognizing the justice of punishment, you will not deserve forgiveness. Stubborning in your lies, you receive new punishments. And sports Russia has something to lose - for example, medals of the Winter Olympics in Sochi or the opportunity to hold the 2018 World Cup. The stubborn and dull desire to consider its errors with great achievements leads Russia to disaster, and not only to sports. Elena Isinbaeva was allowed to participate in the closing ceremony of games in Rio, she became a member of the IOC - and this is fair, because she is a two -time Olympic champion, and in this capacity she remains a welcome guest of the Olympic Games.
