It would seem that the ordinary article in the fresh issue of Kommersant about the election trip of Vyacheslav Volodin to Volgograd ends with a rather bold forecast: after the elections to the State Duma, the first deputy head of the presidential administration can receive the post of speaker of the lower house of parliament, and Sergey Naryshkin will take the office of the head of the foreign intelligence service (SVR).

The publication made its forecast, referring to a "high -ranking source in government agencies." Speaking about the transition of Naryshkin to the SVR, the interlocutors of the publication noted that the need to update the leadership of the special services, because its director Mikhail Fradkov has been led by it for almost nine years. Another source surrounded by Naryshkin confirmed that this option is really considered. Moreover, he added that Naryshkina in this structure is considered “their own” and treat him with great respect.

In the direct question about his future, according to Kommersant, Volodin chose to answer evasively. “What decision the president will make, they will be guided by them. I am so arranged, I have such a position. When in 2001, Evgeny Maksimovich Primakov introduced me to the president, he gave me a mandate: just do not fail this person. I always adhere to this, ”said Volodin.

Another signal that Sergei Naryshkin will leave the post of State Duma speaker after the election - departure from the Okhotnoy series Jakhan Pollyeva, which so far holds the post of head of the lower house of parliament. This is written today "Vedomosti".

Johan Pollyeva worked in the presidential administration for almost 15 years, being de facto, the speaker of the three presidents, Boris Yeltsin, Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev. Pollyeva went to work in the State Duma in January 2012, following his leader Sergei Naryshkin - he then replaced the post of head of the presidential administration to the post of speaker of the Duma.

At the same time, the interlocutors of Vedomosti very highly appreciate the activities of Pollyeva in the Duma: she built the work of the apparatus better than it was before, and she had such good relations with the leadership that in five years there were no conflicts.

Thus, if the departure of Naryshkin from the Okhotny series is a foregone conclusion, a fairly narrow circle of persons can apply for the speaker’s vacancy - especially taking into account the fact that they should already be on the electoral lists.

Earlier, the media published rumors that the State Duma after the September elections could become the current Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, as well as Vyacheslav Volodin itself. The appointment of Medvedev will be associated with the most complicated struggle for the premiere chair, because so far, obviously, not one of the "parties" is able to offer its candidate.

An unpleasant sign for Volodin is that two articles in the country's largest publications appeared simultaneously-as they like to speak in AP, some kind of campaign is being conducted.
