The instructive mind of the scientist does not give me rest: in the diversity of the surrounding life, I am looking for communication and patterns. In everyday life, art, politics ... So in the latest political rearrangements, I tried to see a secret meaning. Why is such a prominent representative of the leadership of our country, like Sergey Borisovich Ivanov, a longtime associate of Vladimir Vladimirovich, part of his closest environment, was suddenly replaced by the head of the presidential administration? Why is Anton Eduardovich Vaino better than a kind of political mastodont?

And almost immediately I found the answer: yes, of course, Sergey Borisovich is a titan, there are no words, but our country switches to such serious managerial heights that not only a fusion is important, a fundamentally new approach to the management of management is important. And Anton Eduardovich is a person who develops it and is ready to bring it to a state system.

By the way, he is not only the former head of the Kremlin protocol, he, in a sense, is our colleague-a researcher. Do not understand me wrong: in the words “in a sense” I do not want to belittle the role of Anton Eduardovich as a researcher, no! On the contrary, this I say that he is a researcher who performs cyclopic coups of thoughts, and we dig, well, say, in all sorts of trifles there.

I remember that Academician Vernadsky in the first half of the last century developed the doctrine of Noosphere, the sphere of reason, but then these were only hypothetical and philosophical constructions. And now theoretical studies, one might say, move into the experimental phase. And if in the 20th century doctors could conduct colonoscopy, then soon the engineers of human souls will be able to climb a person already in the head.

Nooscopy-this is how to name a new direction of scientific and technological activity with which the scientific works of Anton Eduardovich are associated. In particular, in the work “Capitalization of the Future”, published four years ago in the journal “Questions of Economics and Law”, it is explained: “Nooscope is a device that records changes in the noosphere.”

In another place, the author gives a more detailed description of the innovative device and its tasks: “The forecast and prevention of crisis co-events on the road map is carried out using a nooscope (described in more than 50 patents)-a device consisting of a network of spatial scanners intended for obtaining and registering changes in the biosphere and activities of transactions-film frames Spaces-time-life. The noot’s sensory network, ranging from the new generation banking cards and ending with “smart dust”, unambiguously identifies events in space and in time. ” Naturally, the development of the nooscope "is carried out on the basis of NBIC technology-convergence (N-Nano, B-BIO, I-INFO, C-Kogno)."

For another, involvement in such an epoch -making development would be, so to speak, a career crown, but not for our manager - a nooscope for him only the technical part of the global plan, which is extremely significant for all of humanity, namely: they “formulate a paradigm of proactive management, which consists in preventing crises through the capitalization of the future”.

I, I admit, is not the most stupid person not only on earth, but also in my native Moscow State University, even Viktor Antonovich personally greeted me personally to my hand. But, reading the breakthrough revelations of Anton Eduardovich, I admit, I am lost and little is able to make out, although I clearly realize what a block it is, what a seasoned researcher!

Can we, minor research minds, are aware of the gigantic power of definitions like “the main node of the thickening that occurs at the crossroads of space-time-life is an image, a holographic bundle of perceived reality, the image of the world, the image of good and evil, the image of power, the image of the basic business model of managing life, including the way of space and time”? Definitely not!

It is difficult for us, the minds of ordinary, to get further than the first lines of innovative work: “The market is a manifestation of life. The most vivid life manifests itself in its thickening-at points, lines, spatio-temporal formations. Life develops as a whole, which means that the market can also be considered a single whole. ” However, the reading process itself is soothing in nature: I understand that representatives of the new leadership formation get up at the helm, and we, Russian citizens, have no reason to worry about the future of the Motherland, which, it is possible, will soon be capitalized. In order to warn, of course.
