As much methodological literature as I studied in the first year of my work, I have not opened for all five years of the university. I will not frighten me with the terms “forming assessment”, “SOU” and “Actualization of cognition”. Did this become easier to have? No, it didn’t. The more you find out, the more you do not know. But it’s easier to enter the classroom.

If the young teacher immediately got to the dream school, this is a firebird in broad daylight. At the school of dreams, no one will let him damp: they will throw methodological offships, heat love for children to the desired temperature. But if a young teacher wanders into the average team of “teachers”, our chick has disappeared by school experience. The first year of study at the university went on, pedagogical practice was drawing to an end. The day was sunny, pre -championship. I decided to finish the lesson earlier in order to wash their desks earlier and earlier to send children on their well -deserved vacation.

Nothing foreshadowed trouble. But six minutes before the call, the door of the empty class swung open, and on the threshold it appeared - Olga Lvovna - the head teacher of all schools. Then everything is like in a fog. From her fiery speech, I recognized who I am in fact that I should not trust children and where is my true place in the school hierarchy. It was bitter and insulting: after all, I did not have evil intent. But Olga Lvovna was more experienced, louder and more. Now, thank God, I am working at a dream school, what’s to hide. But I don’t let go of the children before - how it was cut off.

A young teacher needs to be an inventor. Not even an inventor, but a magician magician. Most often, you come to children who have already seen enough teachers, you heard “you haven’t forgotten your head at home”, “bring your mother” and “tell us - we all laugh”. Any teacher is sure that his subject is the most important at school, that without his subject, the child will get stuck in the era of Mesozoi.

But do not forget that each student has his own preferences, vitamin deficiency and laziness, and then they bought a new prefix to Mishka. Therefore, it is worthwhile to carefully study the class, try to find a clue in every child, if the desire to fall in love with your subject is great. The main thing here is to understand who the parents are, and not to confuse. When meeting with them, you need to clearly realize that in front of you is the mother of Fedi, and not Sasha. It would also be nice to know what Fedya is like: how many TV shows can watch in a week, whom he approximately plans to be, who writes to him.

The most important thing is to be able to praise. Every parent is sure that his child is the best. And so. Do not drown the poor Fedor in front of his parents, for sure there is in him what makes the young teacher smile, for which you can praise the boy from a pure heart. A friendly attitude will help to build a wonderful trusting relationship even with harsh parents.

The terrible sin of a young teacher is despondency. In many difficult situations, optimism saves. If you have a bad mood, you didn’t get enough sleep, you didn’t get breakfast - the children think everything. If the teacher is sad, the level of education in the country will rapidly enter the peak. And then neither a trip to the business will save, nor the extension of the retirement age. It is necessary to keep the brand, no matter how difficult, difficult, bitterly. Each teacher understands that in his traces the future. It is necessary to step neatly and take it bolder.
