The second wave of demolition of "Samostroy" in Moscow will be held on the night of August 29. According to RIA Novosti, this was announced by the head of the State Property Inspection of Moscow, Sergei Shogurov. According to him, the second list includes 107 buildings located in areas with special conditions of use, in public areas or in the bands of engineering networks.
The official emphasized that all buildings are planned to be dismantled at a time. “The exception will be only those objects that their owners will demolish on August 29 on their own,” said Shogurov.
He also said that on some streets where complex objects will be dismantled and there will be a lot of garbage, they will limit the movement. In particular, they will block part of Bolshaya Semenovskaya Street, where the Electron shopping center will be demolished.
“This is a large object with an area of 2.5 thousand square meters. Given that the object is located in the immediate vicinity of the road and there is no site for the entrance of special equipment, the passing part will be involved,” the official said.
The third list of objects of self -construction for demolition will appear earlier than six months later, added Shogurov. “As we form it, it will appear. You see that six months have passed between the first and second list. Given the work gained, I think that the interval will be reduced,” he said.
On June 28, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced a new list of "Samostroy" objects, which are subject to demolition. The adopted resolution, which complements the list of objects to be demolished, contains a list of 107 buildings with a total area of 31 thousand square meters.
In December 2015, the metropolitan government approved the procedure for dismantling objects, which included 104 structures.
