Boris Fedorov, the second of . the opponents of the development of the Torfyanka park detained on the night of August 29, who was left for the night in the Losinoostrovsky police department on charges of petty hooliganism, was fined 500 rubles by a court decision OVD-Info was informed about this by telephone activists of the park.

Earlier in the day Evgeny Lebedev was fined . In total, on the night of August 29, twelve people were detained in the park. The police, without naming the grounds for the detention, brought them to the police department and a few hours later released ten people without drawing up protocols. Fedorov and Lebedev were left in the police department until the trial, accusing them of foul language.
