Two detainees in Torfyanka are going to be left in the police department

After four hours spent in custody, the Losinoostrovsky police station released ten of the twelve detained opponents of construction in Torfyanka Park without drawing up protocols. The detainees themselves reported this. Evgeny Lebedev, the father of two minor children, and Boris Fedorov remain at the police department. The police said that they would be left at the police station for the night - supposedly there is evidence that they were removing the fence around the proposed construction site. Meanwhile, the defenders of Torfyanka, who were in the park in the evening, say that no one damaged the fence. What exactly Fedorov and Lebedev are accused of is unknown.

Protocols were drawn up against Fedorov and Lebedev for petty hooliganism (under Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code) - the police announced that they were swearing in a public place. They are left at the police station until the morning, and at nine o’clock in the morning on August 29 they are going to be taken to court - presumably Babushkinsky.
