"Tractor march": all court decisions

The column of Kuban farmers, moving on tractors towards Moscow in order to tell Putin about conflict with local authorities and the land problem. At first they were stopped on the road every now and then. On August 22, the column was blocked in the Rostov region . Two truckers who came to support farmers and shot videos were detained and beaten . On August 23, all participants in the Tractor Marshal were detained in the village of Dor - Aksaysky District of the Rostov Region, in the cafe "Dilijans". Truckers from other regions planning to join the march did not allow this to do this: they did not let out from the suburbs, two were detained in Voronezh.

According to the association of carriers of Russia, which his activist Olga Reznikova shared with the OVD-Info , in total, sixteen people were found guilty and arrested under Part 6.1 of Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offenses (in a part in unauthorized meetings, rally, demonstrations, processing or pickets that have caused interference to the functioning of life support objects, transport or social infrastructure, communications, movement of pedestrians and (or) vehicles or access of citizens to residential premises or social infrastructure objects ). The “unauthorized rally” was, according to the protocols drawn up in the police, was held on the territory of the cafe “Dilijans”.

On the night of August 24 to 25, the Aksai District Court arrested for ten days the farmers Oleg Petrov and Nikolai Maslov , as well as the trucker Sergey Vladimirov (the meetings lasted until four in the morning). All of them are in the special meter of the city of Novocherkassk. Nine more people were fined: the leader of the “Polish Farmers” movement, the organizer of the “Tractor March” Alexei Volchenko - for 30 thousand rubles, truckers Sergey Ovchinnikov, Vasily Laptev, Alexander Cherevko, farmer Nikolai Borodin and others - 10 thousand rubles.

On August 26, the same court in absentia arrested for the same time the trucker Rustam Mallamagomedov , who was detained and beaten on August 22 (after his arrest he was taken to the Aksai hospital).

The mentioned above, Alexei Volchenko, was detained at home by the FSB officers at home, and over the next day, human rights activists and activists failed to get accurate information about where he is. Later it became known that on August 26, the Caucasus District Court of the Krasnodar Territory arrested him for ten days-this time for a rally in the field camp of the peasant farm "Romashka" IP Petrov in the village of Kazan. Volchenko is in the special meter of Ust-Labinsk .

On August 27, the same court sentenced eight other march participants to the arrests: Oleg Lunev , Andrei Pyzin and Vyacheslav Petrovsky were arrested for three days, Semen Skykov - for four days, Sergey Gorbachev , Sergey Gerasimenko and N. Miroshnikov for five days, N. Svetlichny - ten days for ten days.

On August 28, in the same court, Viktor Zelensky was arrested for three days, Vladimir Pavlov and S. Vatulin - for five days.

All those arrested by the Caucasian District Court were sent to Ust-Labinsk .
