
In the village of Refinsky of the Sverdlovsk region from SPTU-1, which contains "difficult" adolescents, including those found guilty of crimes, up to 30 pupils fled. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs. TASS mistakenly reports that the incident occurred in the city of Revda, located at the other end of the region.
According to Interfax, the pupils refused dinner, and then jumped out the windows and disappeared. The property of the school was not injured, the agency was assured at the police headquarters.
Meanwhile, TASS reports that adolescents broke glass at the entrance to the building. Ura.ru, citing a certain unofficial source, also declares the "riot".
The police were involved in the search for the escapers. Colonel Maxim Petrov arrived at the school, the head of the Asbestovo inter -municipal Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The causes of the incident, as stated, have not yet been established. The regional Ministry of Internal Affairs states that adolescents refused dinner "under far -fetched pretext."
The previous escape from SPTU-1 occurred at the end of June . Then, two teenagers who were victims in the case of tortures disappeared from the school. At the same time, it was reported that the director of the establishment Alexander Khutornaya did not announce those who escaped the wanted list, as they testified to his deputy, former employee of the Asbestovsky Ministry of Internal Affairs Sergey Bakshaev.
The case of the tortures is in the production of the 1st department to investigate the particularly important cases of the Sverdlovsk headquarters of the Investigative Committee. Bakshaev is charged with mockery of adolescents in February 2014 - November 2015. In particular, it is argued that he took them to the police department, where he beat and lowered his head into the toilet.
It was also reported that Khutorny tried to get rid of the victims and witnesses in the case. He sent one of the teenagers to another specialist, and freed two more.
In 2011, large-scale unrest occurred in SPTU-1. 50 pupils demanded the dismissal of management and, approved, defeated the educational building. It was reported that 16 teenagers captured the Volga Director and, breaking through the police cordon, went beyond the territory of the school. The police struck the wheel of the car, after which the pupils tried to run away. Some succeeded.
