Until April 2015, its largest shareholder was Marc O'Polo Investment, 68.45 percent of which belonged to the son of Arkady Rotenberg Igor. Now it is a non -state pension fund "Welfare" controlled by Russian Railways. In March, Mostotrest joined the construction of the Kerch bridge and received a subcontract of 96.9 billion rubles.

The sanctions list was replenished by the FCU OPDDOR Taman, the company “Council of Ministers” and the related structures, the FAU “Glavgosexpertiza of Russia”, JSC “Institute” Giprostroymost, LLC “Koksochimtrans”, JSC Center for Shipuret Stars, as well as the structure of shareholders of the Bank “Russia” - Abr Management.

In total, 20 companies and 17 individuals were added to the sanctions list, including the representative of the self -proclaimed DPR Eduard Basurin and eight ministers of the Crimean government.

The list also includes the subsidiaries of Gazprombank, including Gazprom-Media holding. It includes NTV, TNT, Friday!, NTV-Plus satellite television operator Echo Moscow, Energy, Humor FM.

The press service of Gazprombank said that the inclusion of subsidiaries in the list of subsidiaries does not change anything in the actual state of things. Since the bank itself has long been under sanctions, they were spreading de facto to its "daughters".

The state contract for the design and construction of the bridge across the Kerch Strait wassigned on February 17, 2015 between the Federal State Institution "Management of the Federal Roads" Taman Rosavtodor and LLC "Stroygazmontazh". It is planned that construction work will be completed in December 2018, and the bridge in the working regime will be opened. In 2019, after the completion of all launch work and the well-being of the territory of the bridge, the bridge will be completed It is planned to put into operation.

On December 22, 2015, the US Department of Finance once again expanded the sanctions list , including Yandex money in it. A number of banks - Mosoblbank, Inrebank, the Krasnodar Investment Regional Bank, Genbank, as well as other subsidiaries of previously included in the list of credit organizations, were also sanctions. In addition, the list includes a number of Crimean enterprises, including the Yalta film studio and winery companies Massandra and New World. The sanctions list of individuals was expanded.

“In order to maintain the effect of our measures, we need to periodically update our lists in order to protect the integrity of our sanctions. We do not consider today's actions as an escalation.
