A participant in a rally in memory of the victims of Beslan was detained near the Presidential Administration

Near the door of the building where the Presidential Administration is located, Viktor Kapitonov was detained. At the time of the arrest, Kapitonov, together with Dmitry Zhdanov, who is a wheelchair user, laid flowers and a sign at the door of the department containing accusations against the authorities regarding the events that took place in Beslan 12 years ago.

At the moment, Kapitonov was allegedly taken to the Kitai-Gorod police department.
