In the conflict during mourning events in Beslan, both sides performed incorrect actions. This was stated by the Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Moskalkova, RIA Novosti reports .

So the Ombudsman commented on the release of the Beslan mothers in T -shirts with the inscription "Putin - the executioner of Beslan" to the ceremony on September 1, as well as the punishments assigned to him.

“Both that and another action I consider it wrong from the point of view of morality, morality. How much did the president do in order to raise the social level,” Moskalkova said. “A lot has been done so that this tragedy does not happen in our country. We simply do not see this, we do not see how people who protect us from terrorism work from morning to night.”

“Their detention on the basis that they put on such a T -shirt is probably wrong,” the Ombudsman continued. “We have enough moral levers to take a dialogue, express our position, public rejection of those people who give will to emotions through such unreasonable actions against the head of state.”

Moskalkova added that at the moment, no requests on this topic were received to her. “If there is an appeal to me, I will join like any appeal related to a violation of rights,” the Ombudsman said.

On Thursday, the police detained six women, as well as journalists Elena Kostyuchenko and Diana Khachatryan, at the ralces of Beslan mothers. The latter was released two hours later. The detained women spent almost 15 hours in the police and court.

The court appointed Svetlana Margieva, Ella Kesaeva and Emilia Bzarova , mandatory work for 20 hours , because they cannot pay a fine. Zemfira Tsirikhova, who did not participate in the action, but at the time of the detention of those next to the protesters, was also assigned the same punishment for "being in a group of women" and "allowed statements." Emma Betrozova and Zhanna Tsirikhov were fined 20 thousand rubles.

Women intend to go to a medical examination, as they were injured during the detention. They will also challenge the court decision.

The founder of the site "Pravda Beslan" Marina Litvinovich announced a collection of funds for paying fines. "20 thousand rubles - the amount for Beslan women is unbearable. I ask them to help them," she wrote.
