A Cossack ataman who came to support the participants of the “tractor march” was detained

In Novocherkassk on the evening of September 2, Cossack ataman Viktor Skobelev, one of those who came to support the participants in the “tractor march,” was detained. Olga Reznikova, an activist of the Association of Russian Carriers, reported this to the hotline.

OVD-InfoAccording to her, a group of Cossacks arrived in the Rostov region and joined the march participants. At the same time, Moskovskaya Street in Novocherkassk, where the activists were located, was filled with police, riot police and tow trucks. Skobelev was detained, he is charged with Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code (Violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picketing), which part is still unknown. Another six people are blocked in their own cars.
