At the same time, Moskovskaya Street in Novocherkassk, where the activists were located, was filled with police, riot police and tow trucks. Skobelev was detained, he is charged with Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code (Violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picketing), which part is still unknown. Another six people are blocked in their own cars.
