
In North Ossetia, a citizen was detained, on the eve of a green newspaper, a journalist of Novaya Gazeta, Elena Kostyuchenko. This, without specifying the name of the detainee, on Saturday evening, Interfax reported with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies of the region.
Most likely, the interlocutor of the agency said, the protocol will be appreciated on the detainee under Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism), which provides for up to 15 days of arrest. The citizen does not deny that he attacked the journalist, and explains his actions by the fact that she "behaved unworthy during her stay in Beslan."
Officially, information about the detention of the attacker is not confirmed.
The agency also reported that Kostyuchenko’s mobile phones and journalists of “such cases” Diana Khachatryan, stolen the day before, were found abandoned by the railway and returned to the owners. Kostyuchenko’s colleague Elena Milashina later clarified on her FB page: "Everyone, bitches, rubbed (from phones. - Ed.). Even contacts."
Kostyuchenko herself, together with Khachatryan, who returned to Moscow in the evening, confirmed that "the phone is erased to zero, it only works to receive calls," and added that "they didn’t give a notebook" (obviously, the notes made by the journalist in Beslan).
The attack on journalists occurred on Saturday morning during mourning events in Beslan school No. 1. In the gym of the school, a group of citizens, some of whom were dressed in T -shirts with the inscription "Anti -Terror", surrounded the mothers of the dead children from the Voice of Beslan and took away video cameras from them. Kostyuchenko began to take off the attack on his cell phone. Then she also took her phone, after which, breaking her hands, dragged a journalist from school. There the attackers were stopped by the police.
However, at that moment, Kostyuchenko approached another unknown in the Anti -Terror T -shirt and doused her with green. The security forces did not try to detain him.
When the Khachatryan tried to remove the traces of the greenhouse on the face and clothes of her colleague, another citizen in the Anti -Terror T -shirt hit the journalist on the head, took away his cell phone and slowly left. The police and this time did not stop the attack and detain the guilty.
Then the journalists went to the cemetery. There they were again attacked - this time from the side of the caretaker. “He took the two of us by the scruff and dragged us 10 meters,” said the Khachatryan. “We fell, he began to beat us. Lena beat him in the face.“ Get out of here, I lost children! ”The security forces who were nearby did not intervene this time.
As the founder of "such cases" Dmitry Aleshkovsky reported, for Kostyuchenko and Khachatryan, all the time of their stay in Beslan, surveillance was carried out. Two hours later the journalists were released, and the Beslan mothers were left in the police for the night before the trial.
On Friday, Ella Kesaeva, Svetlana Margieva and Emilia Bzarov were sentenced to 20 hours of compulsory work . Zurikhova, who did not participate in the action, but at the time of the detention of protesters, received the same punishment, “allowed the statements”. Emma Betrozova and Zhanna Tsirikhov were fined 20 thousand rubles.
As explained, the obligatory work of four of the six detainees were assigned because they are not able to pay 20 thousandth fines.
