Google filed a new lawsuit against FAS

Google filed a third statement of claim against the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Moscow Arbitration Court. The corresponding entry is in the file cabinet of arbitration cases.

Google asks the court to recognize the decisions and actions of the FAS illegal. What kind of actions are in question, is not specified.

Earlier, Google filed two claims against the FAS, the last of which was filed in late August. The court session on it will be held on October 25.

In the fall of 2015, the FAS found Google guilty of abuse of a monopoly position in the application market for devices on Android; This decision was challenged in the first and second instances, but both times the court took the side of the FAS.

In August 2016, the department announced the amount of a fine for the company - it amounted to 428 million rubles. On September 2, it became known that Google asked to extend the execution of the order on the case.
