Media: offender journalist Kostyuchenko was fined

The court in North Ossetia fined a citizen who in Beslan doused the journalist of Novaya Gazeta Elena Kostyuchenko. This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to an unnamed source in law enforcement agencies.

The agency does not specify the name of the citizen or the amount of a fine appointed to him. Fines under Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism), which was charged with the involved, is from 500 to 1000 rubles.

The media was announced about the detention of the attacking journalist on Saturday evening , about half a day after the incident. The attacker explained his act by the fact that Kostyuchenko during his stay in Beslan "behaved unworthy."

On the morning of September 3, during mourning events in the gym of the Beslan school No. 1, a group of citizens, some of whom were dressed in T -shirts with the inscription "Anti -Terror", surrounded the mothers of the dead children - activists of "Beslan's Voices" and took their video cameras. Kostyuchenko began to take off the attack on his cell phone. Then she also took her phone. After that, Kostyuchenko, breaking his hands, dragged them out of school. There the attackers were stopped by the police.

However, at that moment, another unknown in the T -shirt Anti -Terror approached the journalist and doused her with green. The security forces did not try to detain him.

Together with Kostyuchenko was the journalist of "such cases" Diana Khachatryan. She tried to take off the traces of Zelenka on the face and clothes of her colleague, but another citizen in the Anti -Terror T -shirt hit the Khachatryan on the head, took away his cell phone and slowly left. The police and this time did not stop the attack and detain the guilty.

Then the journalists went to the cemetery. There they were again attacked - this time from the side of the caretaker. “He took the two of us by the scruff and dragged us 10 meters,” said the Khachatryan. “We fell, he began to beat us. Lena beat him in the face.“ Get out of here, I lost children! ”The security forces who were nearby did not intervene this time.

As the founder of "such cases" Dmitry Aleshkovsky reported, for Kostyuchenko and Khachatryan, all the time of their stay in Beslan, surveillance was carried out. FSB operatives came to the house where journalists spent the night. “A few hours before the Diana attack,“ Employees ”said:“ If there are provocations, we will drive you out of here, ”Aleshkovsky wrote on Facebook.“ Apparently, they arranged for this. ”

On Saturday evening, it became known that Kostyuchenko and Khachatryan mobile phones were found abandoned by the railway and returned to the owners. All information, including contacts, was removed from the memory of the devices. A notebook with notes that Kostyuchenko led in Beslan did not return the journalist.

On September 1, six women from the Voice of Beslan were detained at the rally of Beslan mothers, who went out to the school in T -shirts with the inscription Putin - the executioner of Beslan. Kostyuchenko and Khachatryan who removed the protest rally were also detained. Two hours later the journalists were released, and the Beslan mothers were left in the police for the night before the trial.

On Friday, Ella Kesaeva, Svetlana Margieva and Emilia Bzarov were sentenced to 20 hours of compulsory work . Zurikhova, who did not participate in the action, but at the time of the detention of protesters, received the same punishment, “allowed the statements”. Emma Betrozova and Zhanna Tsirikhov were fined 20 thousand rubles.

As explained, the obligatory work of four of the six detainees were assigned because they are not able to pay 20 thousandth fines.

Meanwhile, the founder of the site "Pravda Beslan" Marina Litvinovich announced the collection of funds for the payment of fines assigned by Betrosova and Zhanna Tsirikhova. These women, the journalist explained, is also not able to find the amount of 20 thousand rubles.
