The prosecutor’s office of Chechnya Salambek Yunusov, allegedly offended by the Ukrainian political prisoner Stanislav Klykh and passing the victims in an open case of disrespect for the court, did not re-appear on the trial of political prisoners. This was reported to the "Frances" by Klykh’s lawyer Marina Dubrovina. Yunusov, as for the previous time, did not hand over any statements in connection with his non -appeal.

The behavior of the prosecutor Dubrovin regarded the disrespect for the court.

The trial is conducted by the judge of the Zavodskoy District Court of Terrible Ahmed Imayev. The accusation in the process is supported by the assistant to the district prosecutor Aslan Musaev.

When the first meeting was on the merits and whether preliminary hearings were held, the lawyer Dubrovin did not specify. Considering that the Klykh case was sent to the court on August 2 , it can be assumed that this one belongs to the Klykh case from the cards of cases on the court on Tuesday. It reports on two court hearings that have been held to the present day - August 16 and 25. There is no information that the first hearings on the case were preliminary in the card.

In the case of nine witnesses. Among them, the convicted person, together with the Klych in the UNA -UNSO case, Nikolai Karpyuk, lawyer Karpyuk, chairman of the Chechen branch of the Memorial, Dokka Itslaev, the judge of the Supreme Court of Chechnya Vakhit Ismailov, in the production of which the case of Karpyuk -Klykh, as well as the secretary of the court session, bailiffs, escort and translator. Karpyuk was not taken to the court; Judge Imayev did not send subpoenes to any of the other witnesses.

However, Itslaev, on his own initiative, came to the hearing and testified. He said that Klykh, in connection with unreasonable criminal prosecution, was in a state of stress and, throughout the entire process in the case of Una-UNSO, made emotional statements. Itslaev filed a motion to introduce the court session on the case of an audio recording on February 20, replicas during which Klyha was imputed. The judge satisfied the petition.

Dubrovin’s lawyer, in turn, petitioned the leading witnesses to the court. Imaev agreed with this petition.

The Klykh himself during the meeting is in a relatively calm state, although his speech, according to the lawyer, was difficult to call a coherent. However, by the end of the hearing, Dubrovina added, the politicalzery became more excited. He invited Imayev to "continue the theater" and "come up with something else and carpyuk."

The next meeting in the case is scheduled for September 26; Start at 14:00.

The case against Klych became known in early April . Politsyk is charged with part 1 of Article 297 of the Russian Criminal Code (disrespect for the court, expressed in insulting the participants in the trial), which provides for up to four months of arrest.

The case was opened on the basis of the trial of the court hearing in the Supreme Court of Chechnya of February 20. Karpyuk and Klykh were previously removed from the courtroom before the start of the debate. However, at the hearing on February 20, among other things, the issue of extending the defendants of the arrest was considered, among other things. Therefore, they were taken to court.

As the Memorial’s human rights center reported, the prosecutor Yunusov in his speech began to prove the need to further maintain the Politseks in the pre -trial detention center, "but Stanislav Klykh did not let him speak, interrupting the prosecutor with insults to him." As a result, the accused was taken out of the hall.

After the detention in August 2014, Klyu suffered torture and bullying , as a result of which he became susceptible to nervous breakdowns. The political prisoner has outbreaks of aggression, replacing a state close to apathy.

A number of psychiatrists, including the President of the Independent Psychiatric Association of Russia, Yuri Savenko, say that the behavior of Klykh makes him suspect a mental illness. Meanwhile, the outpatient psychoexpertiza, conducted in the beginning of this year in a certain Grozny hospital - which one is unknown, - admitted Politzeck healthy. Further petitions to send a fang to a stationary examination, which were repeatedly submitted by a lawyer Dubrovina, invariably deviated.

At the same time, in the pre-trial detention center during the process of Una-UNSO KLICHU, unlike Karpyuk, they gave some drugs, the names of which were not able to find out Dubrovina.

The investigative actions in the case of the "insult" by Yunusov took place from mid -June to mid -July. Klykh refused to testify in accordance with Article 51 of the Russian Constitution. On July 12, while familiarizing themselves with the case file, the political prisoner, according to the lawyer, "behaved inappropriately."

The judge Ismailov issued the verdict in the UNA-UNSO case on May 26 on the basis of a jury verdict. Klykh received 20 years, and Karpyuk - 22 and a half years of strict regime. The political prisoners were declared guilty of a fully falsified charges of participating in the first and second Chechen wars. In fact, neither Klykh nor Karpyuk did not even be in Chechnya before the arrest.

Earlier on Tuesday, it became known that the lawyers Itslaev and Dubrovin of supplementing the appeal against the verdict accused Ismailov of intimidating the jury . The decision on the provision of state protection to the assessors, issued a week before the verdict of the verdict in the case, were issued in violation of the procedure and contrary to the facts, lawyers said.

On June 16, it became known that the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine sends a request for the issuance of Karpyuk to Russia, and on June 23 - that the same request was sent against Klykh .

In early August, it became known that about a month earlier, Klykhi turned to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman. He asked to speed up negotiations on the exchange of citizens of the country convicted in Russia in fabricated political affairs.
