On August 7, the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow opened a criminal case against rapper David Nuriev (Ptakh) for inciting hatred or enmity (Article 282 of the Criminal Code). And on August 8, the Investigative Committee came to the musician with a search. This was reported on Twitter by Pavel Chikov. Ptakha had already been taken to the Meshchansky Interdistrict Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee for interrogation, nothing was seized during the search.
According to the publication Life, the decision to initiate proceedings was made after one of Ptakha's concerts in the Moscow club "16 tons". “During the performance, the rap artist, right from the stage of the institution, insulted the members of the Antidealer movement, which is fighting drug distributors,” the newspaper writes.
UPD. 11:30 According to Mediazona, a criminal case was opened for a speech in which experts saw incitement of hatred towards a social group of voluntary police assistants:
[the musician] publicly delivered a speech, the text of which contains a combination of linguistic features that degrade dignity and incite hatred or enmity against a group of people united on the basis of “assisting law enforcement agencies in the search and detention of criminals” and who are representatives of the Antidealer public organization.
The case was initiated by the senior investigator of the Meshchansky Interdistrict Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee for the Central Administrative District of the Main Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Moscow Shapovalov. The materials came from the prosecutor's office, Center "E" and the 4th department of the service for the protection of the constitutional order of the Federal Security Service of Russia in Moscow and the region.
Earlier, on a tip from the Anti-Dealer movement, Ptakhi's closest associates, Guf and Slim, were arrested. They were detained after performing at the Circus nightclub. According to Ptakha, Anti-Dealer public figures are engaged in PR.
