Anna Kuznetsova, the Commissioner for the President of the Rights of the Child, intends to lobby for the strengthening of the "law of Dima Yakovlev." She stated this on the air of the Russia 24 television channel, RIA Novosti reports .
“Of course, it is necessary to help their children in their own country. But these are all prohibitive measures, including necessarily comprehensive. That is, they must be accompanied by support measures, including to stimulate the adoption of both disabled children and children from orphanages in Russia. Of course, there must be a sequence, the following stages of this law, these restrictive measures,” said Kuznetsova. She emphasized that we are talking about lobbying "not changes, but the next stages of development."
Meanwhile, Elena Mizulina, the first deputy chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Law, welcomed Kuznetsova's appointment. “I believe that in a new extremely responsible position she will succeed. I expect a productive joint work. And, of course, I am ready to help in all its endeavors,” the senator said.
Mizulina expressed satisfaction with the fact that the post of children's ombudsman was occupied by the wife of a priest and a large mother. “This once again confirms the fact that Russia remains in consistent and steady positions regarding the protection of traditional family values, family values, marriage, large children, joint education of children, care for children and relatives. This cannot but rejoice,” Mizulina said.
Since January 1, 2013, the so -called "Dima Yakovlev Law" prohibits the adoption of Russian children by US citizens.
On Friday, President Vladimir Putin appointed Kuznetsov the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child instead of the resigned "at his own free will" Pavel Astakhov. Kuznetsova 34 years old. In 2010, she created a Foundation for the support of the family, motherhood and childhood "Pokrov", and in 2015 - the Association of Organizations in Protection of the Family. In 2016, its "Pokrov" became one of the operators of presidential grants to support NGOs, he must distribute 420 million rubles for a year. Kuznetsova is the wife of a priest, the mother of six children.
In the spring, Kuznetsova won the primaries of United Russia in the Penza region and fell into the pre -election list of the party in the Duma elections. It is included in the territorial group, which unites the Penza, Volgograd, Saratov and Tambov regions. At the head of this group is the first deputy head of the presidential administration Vyacheslav Volodin, who oversees the work of the Commissioners in the Kremlin. At the Congress of United Russia on June 27, Kuznetsova sat on the right hand from Putin.
In 2014, Kuznetsova opposed the vaccination of children. In 2009, in an interview with abortion, she acted as a supporter of pseudoscientific concepts, such as “memory of the uterus”. "Based on the relatively new science of Telegony, we can say that the uterine cells have information and wave memory. Therefore, these cells remember everything that happened in them. Suppose, if the woman had several partners, then the probability of the birth of an weakened child is great. This fact has a special effect on the moral basis of the unborn child. Abortion, in turn, is also a serious shock for the already desirable Baby, since cells remember the fear of the fetus before abortion, remember death, ”Kuznetsova said then.
On Friday, Kuznetsova told RBC that she did not remember her words about Telegonia. “I don’t remember that I said this,” she said. “You know, this is a rather dubious story. I don’t remember what I would say. Yes, as if a qualified biologist says, at least a candidate of sciences. And I will not explain so much.”
