On September 25, Moscow will host the second conference "Dialogue of the Entent. The right of peoples to self -determination and construction of a multipolar world." This was reported on the website of the organizer - the anti -globalist movement of Russia.
The conference is called to “unite representatives of parties and movements advocated for the self -determination and independence of their regions and fight against the ideology of world domination and economic exploitation,” the statement of Adr said. During the forum, a resolution may be discussed and developed in support of the rights of peoples to self -determination.
The organizers expect a delegation of separatists from Catalonia, Northern Ireland, Western Sahara, Scotland and other countries. Supporters of the independence of Hawaii and Puerto Rico, as well as separatists from California and Texas, should come from the United States. Ard also negotiates about the visit of regional deputies from the Italian provinces of Lombardy and Veneto to Moscow.
On September 20 last year, the first conference under the same name was held in Moscow at the President-Hotel. As the expert of the Institute of Euro -Atlantic Cooperation, Anton Shekhovtsov, noted by the anti -American orientation of their organizations, unites all famous conference participants. On the eve of the conference, the leader of the Adr Alexander Ionov did not exclude that the authorities of Western countries can take off the departure of delegates to Moscow.
Meanwhile, at the end of 2013 , an article was introduced into the Russian Criminal Code about the “propaganda of separatism” (entered into force in 2014). Article 280.1 (public calls for the implementation of actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation) provides for the punishment of up to five years in prison.
ADR was registered by the Ministry of Justice in March 2012 as a regional public organization. The declared purpose of the movement is “the support of countries and peoples that confront the dictatorship of a unipolar world and seek to offer an alternative agenda.” Among the honorary members of the organization are the Syrian dictator Bashar Assad and ex -president of Iran Mahmoud Akhmadinejad.
Among the partners of ADR are the news agency Novorossia. Ionov himself is part of the Presidium of the organization "Officers of Russia", which is headed by the head of the Commission of the Public Chamber on Security Anton Tsvetkov. Among the other members of the Presidium of this structure are General Leonid Ivashov, the Dominos deputy Joseph Kobzon and artist Vasily Lanova.
Adr, according to Ionov, is funded from two main sources: these are voluntary donations of supporters and government grants. As RBC found out, the movement regularly participates in the competitions of the National Charitable Fund, which allocated 2 million rubles to it for the conference on September 20.
This fund itself was formed at the end of 1999 at the initiative of the then Prime Minister Vladimir Putin as the National Military Fund. Organization Director is Lieutenant General Vladimir Nosov, the former first deputy head of the Department of Military Counterintelligence of the FSB. Among the donors of the fund are the oligarchs Roman Abramovich and Suleiman Kerimov, Sberbank, Lukoil, Severstal, Onexim. The fund acts under the patronage of the presidential administration and Putin personally.
