
The Chelyabinsk Regional Court canceled the decision to extend compulsory psychiatric treatment blogger-regionalist Alexei Moroshkin. This was reported by the OVD-Info with reference to a member of the Public Supervisory Commission of the Chelyabinsk Region Tatyana Schur.
The court appointed a re -examination of Moroshkin by a specialist commission in a new composition. According to Schur, the main reason for making such a decision could be the testimony of the attending physician of Moroshkin. The doctor said that his patient does not need in stationary treatment. The examination should be held on September 28.
Moroshkin’s mother said that her son feels good, all restrictions on communication with relatives are removed, there are no pressure from the staff now.
On September 16, 2015, it became known about the criminal prosecution of Moroshkin under part 2 of article 280.1 of the Criminal Code (public calls for separatism via the Internet). He was charged with publications in the VK group "For the fighting Ukraine! For the free Urals! Together against evil!", In which he was an administrator.
The next day, the blogger told the Franes that he fled to Ukraine on the night of September 12 to 13. Meanwhile, on the 16th, Moroshkin placed his photo on the background of the FSB building on the Lubyanka on the VK page.
One way or another, at the end of September, Moroshkin was arrested in Chelyabinsk and placed in pre-trial detention center-7 of the central headquarters of the FSIN, unofficially controlled by the FSB. The investigator of the special services in the court, as the extinct, indicated that on August 19, the accused was taken to leave the wizard, but he violated her.
In November 2015, the court freed Moroshkin from criminal liability in the case instituted against him. In December, Moroshkin was sent for forced treatment to the regional clinical specialized neuropsychiatric hospital No. 1 of the city of Chelyabinsk.
The judicial decision was based on the conclusion of a psychiatric examination, as a result of which the blogger was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, paranoid syndrome and nonsense of religious reformation. Moroshkin is known as the founder of the church of the Chelyabinsk meteorite . He demanded from the regional authorities to convey this structure to a meteorite, which fell on February 15, 2013 in the area of Lake Chebarkul , and insisted on building a meteorite temple in Chelyabinsk. As stated in conclusion, the defendant does not understand the meaning of his actions and is not able to lead them. At the same time, it was noted that his actions are socially dangerous, so he needs enforcement.
Meanwhile, Moroshkin's relatives indicated that before he had never suffered from a mental disorder and was not registered with a mental hospital. They presented the court with appropriate certificates. In addition, relatives celebrated, all the psychoexpertise took about five minutes. Nevertheless, they did not dispute the decision of the court from fear of worsening the position of Moroshkin.
On July 11, the Memorial human rights center announced the recognition of Moroshkin political prisoners.
On July 12, the Soviet District Court of Chelyabinsk extended for six months the forced treatment of Moroshkin. When the Politsyk only ended up in the hospital, his mother promised that after six months he would be able to leave the hospital, and then the diagnosis may be removed. However, later she was told that in the prevailing practice, after six months, there would be a prolongation of the deadline.
In January, it became known that another thing was initiated against Moroshkin - about the coloring of the Lenin bust installed in the park, in the color of the Ukrainian flag. It was reported that it was open under Article 214 of the Criminal Code (vandalism) and that the blogger on it "takes place as the main suspect." At the same time, it was not specified what kind of action was in question. The bust of Lenin was painted twice - in April and September 2015. At the same time, the second action took place a few days after the message of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs on the detention of the suspect in the first.
In the past, Moroshkin was a Russian nationalist. In 2014, he participated in aggression against Ukraine. On March 2, 2014, the blogger flew from Chelyabinsk to Simferopol and immediately joined the "self-defense". After the annexation of Crimea, Moroshkin was in Kharkov for some time, where he participated in the assault on the regional administration, and then arrived in Donetsk and there he joined the Vostok battalion. However, he claimed that he had never shot people.
At the end of May 2014, Moroshkin returned to Russia, disappointed in the "Russian Spring". Then he said that it was not the "Russian spring", but "Sovetskaya spring, even, maybe, soviet." In the future, the blogger spoke more sharply about the war in Ukraine, characterizing it as "geopolitical meanness." He admitted that it was under the influence of the experience gained in this war that he ceased to be a Russian nationalist and became a regionalist.
