Explanations of the press service of the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev about the residence in the estate of Mercu does not correspond to reality. This was stated by the founder of the Corruption Fund Alexei Navalny.
On the eve of the press secretary of the Prime Minister Natalya Timakova commented on the investigation of the FBK about the country, which is used by Medvedev and his family. "Objects where the chairman of the government is placed on temporary or permanent residence, are under the protection of the FSO, whether hotels or residence that are in state or other property, and are provided with means of special communications. Objects of temporary residence are not owned by Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev and are not used by him and his family members on a different legal basis, ”she said. Timakova admitted that the prime minister "visited" in Milovka.
In addition, the Federal Security Service told Ekhu Moscow that the estate of Mercu is not her object.
On Saturday, Navalny published documents stating that the official division of the FSO is located in Milovka. The same department of the special services occupies two houses in the nearby city of Ples, which follows from contracts for housing and communal services.
In addition, Navalny published photos of special communications facilities located on the estate.
The founder of the FBK also cited the certificates of local residents that Medvedev and his family are very often in Milovka.
"Summary: 1. Timakova lies. 2. This is the dacha Medvedev and his family. 3. The cottage was built for private money, and this is corruption. 4. The dacha is protected by the FSO, and this is inappropriate use of budget funds," Navalny writes.
On the eve of Navalny published another FBK investigation. It stated that Medvedev regularly uses the cottage in the estate of Mercyk on the banks of the Volga in the Ivanovo region.
The cost of the restoration of the estate and the construction of the rest of the complex, which occupies the territory of 80 hectares, was estimated at 25-30 billion rubles in the FBK. According to the FBK, the territory acquired the Dar Foundation for money allocated by the shareholders of Novatek for charity. From the same funds, the restoration of the estate and the construction of other facilities were paid. The fund is closely connected with the wife of Medvedev Svetlana, and the head of the Supervisory Board of the Fund was the classmate of Prime Minister Ilya Eliseev, noted in the FBK. After 2011, the complex was transferred to the fund for the preservation of historical and cultural heritage.
