From the same funds, the restoration of the estate and the construction of other facilities were paid. The fund is closely connected with the wife of Medvedev Svetlana, and the head of the Supervisory Board of the Fund was the classmate of Prime Minister Ilya Eliseev, noted in the FBK. After 2011, the complex was transferred to the fund for the preservation of historical and cultural heritage.
