Germany began the refugee repatriation program

In Germany, the Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development allocated the first 25 million euros for refugee repatriation. According to the head of the department, Gerda Müller, the total amount of the first tranche will be 100 million euros.

The program for the voluntary return of migrants to their countries is intended for those visitors who have no chance of getting asylum in Germany. According to the minister, their petitions are considered for two or more years. At this time, the petitioners have no way to work, and, according to the minister, they "fall into depression."

Before returning to their homeland, the repatriation program offers refugees a course of training in the craft of a locksmith, installer, electrician or mason.

According to Die Welt, German experts are already working in most countries where migrants come from to help those who voluntarily return from Germany to their homeland. Specialists from Germany are already working in Morocco, Pakistan and some other countries, from where people who want to get asylum come to Germany.
