A member of the electoral commission with the right to an advisory vote was detained in the Moscow region

Alisa Kuznetsova, a member of the electoral commission with the right to consultative vote, was detained in Korolev near Moscow (polling station No. 1110). She reported this to the Violations Maps hotline. According to her, the detention occurred at the request of the chairman of the PEC without explanation. Before that, Kuznetsova photographed the numbers of the seals on the ballot box.

At present, Kuznetsova was taken to the judicial station No. 89 by a judge from the city of Korolyov. A protocol was drawn up against her under Art. 5.69 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (interference in the exercise by an election commission, referendum commission of the powers established by the legislation on elections and referendums, or interference with the participation of voters, referendum participants in voting). This is an article recently introduced into the Code of Administrative Offenses, which provides for a fine of 20 thousand rubles for officials (which include members of the PEC with the right to consultative vote).
