Stanislav Lvovsky (b. 1972) graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry of Moscow State University (1994) and the magistracy on the public history of the IISSN (2013). He worked in the field of cultural management, then in journalism, including the chief editor of the Literature section OpenSpace.ru (later colta.ru). The author of six poetic books, a collection of stories, the novel “Half of the sky” (in collaboration with Linor Goralik), as well as numerous publications (literary criticism, journalism, cultural theory) in “New Literary Review”, “Session”, Inliberty.ru , Colta.ru and other editions.
“[For this reading] I decided to choose those texts that were important to me at different moments of the past - and at the same time remain important today. The resulting sample - compiled, as it were to say this, by a hunch - is quite amazing for me, ” says Stanislav Lviv.
The project “Poems about me in house 12” began in 2014. He is dedicated to the writer and journalist Peter Weil - the author of the book “Poems about me”, which included 55 most important poems of the twentieth century for him and thoughts about them.
